

On Arrival...
I will bring all the necessary equipment, including massage table, linen, bolsters, pillows and oils.
Please ensure there is enough room to set up; the area of a double sized bed for the massage table is required for me to work around. Access to a basin is necessary for post-massage cleanup and hygiene.

If you have a large number of stairs, limited parking, dogs on the premises, or anything else necessary for me to know to gain access to your location safely please notify me in advance so I can plan accordingly.
On arrival, I will set up the massage equipment in the designated area. We will then complete a client intake and health history form to ensure your safety and to understand your specific needs and concerns.
We will discuss your massage goals and preferences. This may include discussing the type of massage you desire and any specific areas of focus or discomfort.
Based on your goals and any mobility or positioning requirements, we will plan the session to ensure it meets your expectations and provides the most benefit. Throughout the session, adjustments can be made as needed, whether it's the pressure of the massage, the site of massage, or positioning to maintain your comfort and satisfaction. Professional draping will be used during the massage.
